We can only accept a limited number of students because of an interactive exercise that we call the “Fish Bowl.”

Each student will be able to watch us work (in real time) break down everyone's nursing home.

Everyone will have a copy of their facility map on their computer and one at a time, each student will have the opportunity to share their facility map. We then we will work together identifying staffing patterns, job routines and the ideal number of staff needed.
